No it is not the same people in the DVD. Shaun T does insanity and from what I saw of P90X the women in insanity are better looking. they all have some nice chiseled abs. Shaun isn't nearly as annoying as Tony. My friend gave me p90x but I couldn't stand Tony and didn't want to buy weights and a pull up bar so I bought the Insanity DVD's.

As for price you can shop around on the internet. They are about the same. The difference is you have to get a pull up bar and either some weights or bands for P90x. I got the insanity workout on fitnesssubject.com for $83 with free shipping, normally around $119. The only thing I would warn about that website is they told me 7 days and it took 3 weeks. I even had to file a report with pay pal and then once I did that they shipped it the next day.
